你知道包裝上所列出的熱量都只是「單位熱量」嗎？總熱量應該是「單位熱量」乘上「包裝所含單位數」。一直以來自己因此多吃進了多少熱量？

熱量條碼(Barcode Calorie)的主要功用是協助我們查詢與試算超商食物的總熱量。

拿起包裝，將手機對準條碼開始掃描，熱量條碼會根據條碼查詢本包裝所含的總熱量. 如果沒查到，根據包裝圖示可以很容易地自行輸入，這樣任何人在下次查詢時都可以得到熱量的資料。

吃喝前只要多注意一下食物的熱量，很容易就可以變瘦喔！
